Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. We will normally accept a return within 30 days providing that the item is returned as new, unworn and with its original packaging and labels intact. Your Giant Strides receipt must also be returned. New and unworn means there are no scratches, marks, blemishes on the item, there are no signs of wear on the product and the product must be in a saleable condition. The 30 day return policy is extended for the festive shopping season, items purchased from November 1st can be returned up to the following 21st January. 

The item is your responsibility until it has reached us. We recommend that you send the item using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the full value of the item. We do ask that you pay the costs of returning the goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay for any goods we send back to you. 

For customers outside the UK, we will charge the additional shipping costs of sending any replacement goods; this cost to be paid prior to the replacement goods being sent out.

Returns Process

Please email sales@giantstrides.org.uk to advise us that you are returning an item and advise us whether a replacement or a refund is required, the reason for the return and your name and order number. If a replacement (such as a different size) is required we will put it to one side pending receipt of the returned item.
