Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the two pairs of crocs I ordered (Batman & Hello Kitty0.  My kids really love them.
Thankyou for such a fast delivery and I really liked the update texts and emails.
 
One thing to say about the website - i think it is a bit slow and you have to click through to extra pages and this slows down the purchase process.  When you want to buy a pair of shoes it would be great if the sizes and the quanity required were on the one page.  Hope this feedback helps.

The boots were well-packaged and even when I had to change a size it was no trouble and done with ease - I was particularly impressed with your willingness to hold the size I needed while I returned the pair that didn't fit. This is without mentioning that you were one of the few stores that had the boots I wanted and were, by far, the most price competitive.

I've just ordered 2 pairs of crocs and was so impressed with the emails I received to notify of the status, especially as I ordered them very late Friday night and had an email to say they're been dispatched by 8:50 the following morning!! I was also impressed that both pairs of Crocs had been individually wrapped so there was no risk of rub damage in the post. With free postage I think this is the most satifying online ordering experience I've had (and I do a lot of online shopping!!).

I just wanted to send you an email to thank you for the excellent and timely service, particularly at a time when wellies are in high demand.

I had ordered a pair from another retailer, heard nothing from them for 10 days, despite my credit card being debited.  When I queried when I could expect delivery, I heard nothing back.  I sent a stronger e-mail and was rewarded with a tirade of abuse from the retailer.  So I cancelled my order and a friend mentioned that she had ordered some wellies for her children from you and your service was excellent.
 
I have to say that I absolutely agree with her.  Prompt delivery, accurate stock information, great auto-responses updating on status and good quality merchandise.
